Privacy notice
How information provided through this website is handled.

Who handles your information
Heathrow Scaffolding Ltd, company number 09921921, registered office at 460–466 Uxbridge Road, Hayes, London, UB4 0SD, England. Contact info@heathrowscaffolding.com with privacy enquiries.
Your enquiry
The quote form submits your details directly to this website for review by the authorised website owner. A confirmation reference is shown after the enquiry is saved. Automatic email alerts are not currently enabled. You can also contact the team through the email, telephone and WhatsApp links.
Information you provide
Your enquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, project location, preferred dates and project details. Heathrow Scaffolding Ltd uses information received to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and manage the resulting customer relationship.
Automated chat answers
The chat can give clearly labelled automatic answers based on public website information. It cannot confirm a price, booking, site safety or availability. Asking for the team, or receiving a reply from the owner, pauses automatic answers for that conversation.
Generative AI is used only if the company enables an API connection and you choose the separate AI option in chat. That option allows your message text to be sent to OpenAI to draft a reply. Optional name and email fields, private inbox records and other visitors’ conversations are not included in that AI request. Message text can itself contain personal information. The integration requests no stored response history through the API; the provider’s applicable data-processing terms still apply. Without the opt-in, website-based automatic answers remain available.
Optional live chat
When you send a chat message, the website stores the message, time, any optional name or email and the conversation reference for the authorised owner to answer and manage the enquiry. Replies appear in the open chat; an email address does not enable automatic email alerts. Chat is not an emergency service and availability is not guaranteed.
After a conversation starts, this tab uses session storage for a random chat reference and access token so you can return to your conversation while browsing this website. Message content is stored in the private website storage, not in browser storage. End chat removes this tab’s access token; it does not delete messages already sent. Chat retention follows the enquiry and business-record criteria below. The owner can delete conversations. Contact the company to request access, correction or deletion. A daily IP hash may be used for chat rate limits where the hosting service supplies the address.
Job applications
The job application form submits and stores the details and CV you provide for recruitment review. This can include contact and address details, experience, education, qualifications, card and expiry information, availability, optional gender information and referee details. Applications and uploaded CVs are accessible only through the website’s authorised owner access. Application details are not saved in browser storage. Please obtain permission before sharing a referee’s contact details.
Project photographs and reviews
Project titles, service categories, locations, descriptions and photographs uploaded by authorised managers are published in the gallery. Approved client reviews submitted by a manager are published on the website. Managers should obtain permission before publishing identifiable people, private addresses, client details or photographs.
Office portal and supporting documents
The private office portal records the name and sign-in email authorised by the website owner, access grant and removal dates, information entered in the checklist, uploaded files, submission dates and owner review notes. These records help prepare and check company information before it is used on the website. A staff member can access their own submissions; the owner can review all submissions. Access to the office portal does not grant access to quote enquiries or job applications.
Documents stay private in the portal. Sending a document for review does not publish it. Upload only information you are permitted to share, redact unnecessary personal details and do not upload passwords. The owner can revoke staff access and delete office submissions and their attached files. Removing access does not itself delete existing submissions.
Why we use personal information
When you ask for a quotation or apply for a role, we use the details needed to take steps at your request before a contract. If a contract follows, we use the necessary details to perform it. We also rely on legitimate interests to answer general business enquiries, maintain authorised staff access, review company evidence and protect the website against misuse. These interests are running the business, assessing relevant information and keeping records secure; they must be balanced against your rights. Where a legal obligation applies to a business record, that obligation is the basis for keeping the necessary information.
Optional publication of identifiable customer feedback or photographs needs an appropriate permission or other lawful basis. Providing an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. Please do not send unnecessary health information, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through a general enquiry.
Your right to object
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing info@heathrowscaffolding.com. Explain which use concerns you so we can assess your circumstances. If consent is the basis for a particular use, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Who may handle the information
Authorised company personnel and providers supporting website hosting, secure storage and communications may process information for those purposes. Enquiries, CVs and office evidence are not public gallery content. If you need details of the providers, where information is handled or any applicable international-transfer arrangements, contact the company before submitting sensitive information.
Access and retention
Quote enquiries and recruitment records are restricted to the authorised website owner. Project and review management can also be accessed through an authorised private management session. Submitted information is used to handle the enquiry or application and related business administration. Retention is assessed against whether the enquiry, recruitment process or document review is still open, whether the information is needed for an agreed project or ongoing business record, and any applicable legal, accounting, safety, complaint or dispute requirements. Office drafts, evidence and access records should be reviewed when the review is complete, information is replaced or staff access is no longer needed. This website does not apply an automatic deletion deadline to these records. Contact the team for the retention decision applicable to your information or to request access, correction or deletion.
Tender request drafting tool
The optional contractor-information request tool prepares text within your browser. It does not submit the entered information to this website or save it in browser storage. You choose whether to copy it, download it or open it in your email application. An email is sent only if you send it through your email provider.
External services
Email links use your email provider. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which handles information under its own privacy policy. The site uses Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information when fonts load. Hosting services process technical request data to deliver and secure the website.
Cookies and storage
This website does not add analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting platform may use essential authentication or security technologies. Quote enquiries are saved in the website’s private storage, not in browser storage. A non-visible spam field and limited request-rate checks help protect the form. Where a hosting-provided IP address is available, a daily hash is used for rate checks; the raw IP address is not written to enquiry records.
Your information rights
You can ask about access to your information, correction, deletion, restricting its use or objecting to its use. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have a right to data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. These rights depend on the purpose and lawful basis of the particular processing. Contact info@heathrowscaffolding.com so the company can assess and respond to your request. If you remain concerned, you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
